A short drive from all that Hollywood has to offer
Just to the west of downtown Hollywood, Park East is popular for its hidden waterways and great local attractions. Here, apartments, condos, and single-family homes line the streets and waterfront and offer access to several parks. Hollywood shopping and schools are also a short drive from homes, and residents do not have to go too far for daily errands and education. Most of the community is car based as there are “not too many places within an easy walking distance,” says Andrea Polo, a recent transfer to the area and leasing consultant at The Upton Apartment Homes. Fortunately, Interstate 95 is close by for those who commute.

Local athletes can book a tee time for Orangebrook Golf and Country Club, which offers two 18-hole courses of championship-level play, both considered challenging but player-friendly. “I love the golf view; it is very beautiful and so peaceful,” Polo says.
