Focus on lakefront living and convenient amenities
Despite being on the edge of land-locked Houston, Lakemont is true to its own and built around multiple community lakes. Waterfront views can be seen from the community’s many parks and the backyards of some of the area’s most in-demand homes. Lakemont is physically smaller than the massive master-planned neighborhoods surrounding it, like Cinco Ranch and Pecan Grove. Lakemont’s small size and lack of master planning make it easier for neighbors to get to know each other and explore their community. Living in Lakemont means having access to some of the best schools in Houston, as well as quick access to popular suburbs like Katy and Sugar Land.

Patel’s own daughters attend schools in Lamar CISD. “Lamar is in hypergrowth because of the number of homes they are building in the school district, so they’ve put a lot of money and time into building schools.” Schools like H.F.
