Dixie Springs is primarily residential, composed of blocks and cul-de-sacs of single-family homes. The lots are usually around a quarter of an acre in size, and some are landscaped with short palm trees and agave plants. Developed from the 2000s to the present, Dixie Springs only has contemporary architecture available. Many of the houses have RV parking and scenic views of the Pine Valley Mountains. Homes built in the 2010s range from $750,000 to $1.7 million, while homes from the 2020s range from $1.1 million to $2 million.
