Houses old and new on the same streets
Part of Franklin Township, the neighborhood features a mix of housing amidst a rural landscape. “You will find older homes on larger lots,” Forrest says. “You will see a mid-20th century ranch-style home on one or two acres.” There are also several newer, traditional-style residences being constructed. Older and newer builds vary wildly in price, but generally, both styles under 3,000 square feet sell from $200,000 to $400,000, while those above 3,000 square feet range from $400,000 to $900,000. Most of houses rest along winding streets and cul-de-sacs with lush, manicured lawns sporting the occasional tree, well-kept concrete driveways and paved sidewalks.
