Neighborhood parks reflect community interests and growth
After school, children and their families can take in the fresh air at one of the community gathering spaces. Adjacent to the fire station is Brackridge Park. The area used to be a soil excavation site, but in the last thirty years, it has reflected the neighborhood's growing passion for soccer. Local leagues conduct matches in the park, while the open field is sometimes used for jogging or playing a game of fetch with the family dog. Around the corner, you'll find Touchton Road Park, a larger green space with 35 acres under land conservation.
