"Everyone loves this area," says Realtor Bobbi Brennan with Pursuit Real Estate, who's been selling homes for 15 years. "It's close to the water, so people are often taking out their boats, and there are great restaurants and breweries near the creek. It's also close to The Bolles School, which is a very desirable private school." The neighborhood is close to San Jose Boulevard, which offers restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. Homes here range from modest ranch-style houses to luxury condos, making Goodby's Creek a desirable community for those wanting to buy on Jacksonville's southside.

It gets pretty busy, especially on the weekends." The Avenues shopping mall is also roughly 5 miles away for major retail shopping, offering retail outposts and department stores.
