Central location near popular shopping
Located between downtown Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach, suburban Holiday Hill is a peaceful neighborhood near one of Jacksonville’s top shopping areas, the St. Johns Town Center, an outdoor shopping mall with 175 stores. The mall is a bustling community hub, but in serene Holiday Hill, the pace of life is slower. “There are a lot of people who have been here for a long time,” says Tom Moore, a real estate agent at Watson Realty Corporation who grew up nearby. “It’s affordable and very central to downtown and the beaches.”
Big retailers like Target and Cheesecake Factory are staples here at St John's Town Center.
Looking toward downtown you see Pottsburg Creek running through Holiday Hill.

Stroll past ranch-style homes and townhouses
“It’s a walkable neighborhood,” Moore says, and residents can often be found strolling the sunny sidewalks or narrow streets. Yards are large enough for an ornamental tree and a paved driveway leading to an attached one- or two-car garage. Most homes are ranch-style or shed-style built in the 1980s and ‘90s. Prices for a ranch-style home range from $121,000 for a two-bedroom fixer-upper to $425,000 for a four-bedroom on a half-acre lot. There are also some 21st-century New Traditional and Mediterranean-style homes and townhouses; a three-bedroom townhouse can cost up to $290,000, plus $196 in monthly HOA fees.
Brick ranch-style homes are common in Holiday Hill.
