The eastern part of Janesville
Royal Acres is an eastern suburban Janesville neighborhood that borders a commercial hub just before the land in the area becomes much more rural. The business park to the south is home to the corporate office of Blaine’s Farm & Fleet, a regional retail chain, and Grainger, an industrial safety supply company that employs hundreds. Janesville is about 3 west, just off Interstates 90 and 39, granting access to the city's numerous parks. “Living on the east side of Janesville is preferred. It’s the part of town close to the interstate, and you’re still not far from downtown,” says Rhonda Kilcoyne, a real estate agent with Making Dreams Realty.
