Jupiter Park
Compact lots and builds from every decade
Single-family homes in Jupiter Park are generally smaller ranch and slightly larger craftsman-style houses on compact lots in pastel colors. Garages are common, with neat brick and concrete driveways. The neighborhood has seen constant development since the 1960s. "A lot of these communities here have multiple types of housing, single-family, multifamily,” says Pat Fitzgerald, sales manager and broker assistant with Illustrated Properties. “You've got seasonal people and year-round residents. It's just great for everyone, especially families with children." The smaller homes in the area range from $250,000 to $375,000, with the larger houses costing up to $850,000. Townhouses and condos have Monterey and Mediterranean-inspired architecture and run anywhere from $250,000 to $700,000. HOA fees are around $200-$400 monthly.Jupiter High School’s in-house academies

Jupiter Community High School has an A rating. The Limestone Creek Natural Area is just across the Loxahatchee River from Jupiter Park. The area is a swampy ecosystem with slow-moving water dark from vegetation decay. A walking path takes visitors through slash pines and saw palmettos. Manatees, tortoises and herons can be seen, depending on the tide level. Within the neighborhood is Cinquez Park, a 13-acre dog park with separate fenced runs for small and large dogs. The park also offers restrooms, a dog washing station, and a lake for catch-and-release fishing. Just up the street is the West Jupiter Recreation Center. The indoor facility has pickleball courts and classrooms, along with a basketball court and play area outdoors.Something for everyone at Uncle Micks Bar & Grill
Publix, Walmart and Aldi are all in the neighborhood. Next to the Aldi is Uncle Micks Bar & Grill, which claims to be Jupiter’s “premier country night club" and caters to an eclectic range of customers. Patrons come for the simple food, pool tables, and karaoke nights. Noble Thai & Sushi Bistro, near Publix, is a simple restaurant selling reasonably priced Thai and Japanese dishes. Chains like IHOP and First Watch are popular stops for breakfast and lunch, with the latter serving a more eclectic collection of morning options.Getting around via I-95 and Indiantown Road
Jupiter Park is easily accessible to Jupiter and the rest of Palm Beach County via Interstate 95, which forms its western border. Florida’s Turnpike, a toll road, runs parallel to I-95 and serves as an alternate travel route throughout Southeast Florida. PalmTran bus stops are available in the neighborhood, with the Route 10 bus providing the main service to and from the area via Central Boulevard. Indiantown Road is a straight shot to beaches and the popular attraction Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. Some residents choose to travel by boat along the Loxahatchee River and down its canals for fishing and sightseeing. The nearest hospital is the Jupiter Medical Center, about 4 miles away.
