There are some historic homes in that area. There is also Kalamazoo College in that area, so you see a lot of students that live there,” Barber says. Colonial Revival homes are priced between $485,000 and $595,000, while Queen Anne Victorian homes range from $532,000 to nearly $5 million. American Four Square homes start at $225,000, and Tudor Revival homes are around $249,900. Midcentury modern homes are priced at approximately $261,000, and Cape Cod homes are about $295,000.
