Davidson is a quiet North Kansas City neighborhood with wide roads lined by midcentury homes and mature oak trees. There aren’t sidewalks everywhere, but traffic tends to stay slow enough for kids to walk to the namesake elementary school and all the local parks. Just outside these residential streets, you’ll find two commercial corridors packed with big-box stores, fast-food chains and locally owned restaurants. Easy access to Interstate 29 adds to this convenience, making it simple to reach major job centers across Kansas City.

Davidson is zoned for North Kansas City Public Schools. RideKC buses provide another way to get around, with stops lining North Oak Trafficway and North Antioch Road.
