The district doesn’t currently offer School Choice, though some residents have been pushing for it as of late 2024. In April of 2025, the school board voted to close three schools over the next several years: Queensborough Elementary, Clark Academy and Blanchard Elementary. Nearby schools will absorb the roughly 750 students affected by the closures.
