From new-traditional brick homes to Millennium Mansions
Homes in Hidden Lakes are mostly traditional brick houses spanning from modest 1980s homes to sprawling new-traditional houses. Plenty of Millennium Mansions exist throughout, with unique features like turrets and eclectic rooflines. These newer homes often have a mixture of brick and stone patterns on the façade of the house. Most homes have built-in garages; the older homes usually have them on the front, while rear- or side-entry garages are common in the newer houses. Most parts of the city have mature trees lining the streets, offering residents plenty of shade. Sidewalks make it easy to go for a morning run or evening stroll through the neighborhood. The lot sizes are more significant than most subdivisions, giving residents plenty of room for landscaping or activities in the front and backyards, including in-ground swimming pools. Traditional brick homes have sold for between $400,000 and $1.4 million, while Millennium Mansion have gone for between $1 million and $2.7 million.
