Active neighborhood with a golf club and an impressive recreation center
Just 17 miles northeast of Fort Worth and 2 miles from U.S. Route 377 sits the active community of Hidden Lakes. “There is so much to do within Hidden Lakes, from swimming, trails, soccer, golf and playgrounds,” says Diane McConnell, a Realtor with Dallas DFW Southlake of Keller Williams Realty. At the center of the neighborhood is the Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club, which brings the community together for a round of golf. Others enjoy The Keller Pointe, a dynamic recreation center that offers swimming, working out and basketball spaces. The community attends events like the Keller Summer Nights in June when not exercising. “It has a very small-town feel but has the potential for growth. It’s a very tight-knit community,” says Traci Baskin, a broker/owner with 747 Realty.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by the club entrance at Sky Ranch Golf Club.

Most homes have built-in garages; the older homes usually have them on the front, while rear- or side-entry garages are common in the newer houses. Most parts of the city have mature trees lining the streets, offering residents plenty of shade. Sidewalks make it easy to go for a morning run or evening stroll through the neighborhood. The lot sizes are more significant than most subdivisions, giving residents plenty of room for landscaping or activities in the front and backyards, including in-ground swimming pools.
