Isetts is the southernmost neighborhood of Kenosha city. This quaint area is primarily residential and a middle-ground spot for Illinois commuters. Residents are in proximity to big-box retailers and local dining. “It borders Pleasant Prairie, which is most of the south end,” says realtor at RE/MAX Newport Elite Jennifer Heiring. “Isetts is considered in the city. Isetts would be a city convenience and bordering Pleasant Prairie.” Heiring noted that being in the city means there are sidewalks, and when sidewalks don’t appear, it becomes Pleasant Prairie.

They’re usually around $250,000 to $400,000.” Standard amenities for single-family homes include three to four bedrooms and over 2,000 square feet of space.
