Along the western banks of the Pike River, just steps from the beaches of Lake Michigan, is the small neighborhood of Villa Capri. Located just west of Carthage College, Villa Capri is a walkable, north Kenosha community where residents have easy access to both downtown Kenosha and lakefront parks. “When locals are distinguishing between neighborhoods in Kenosha, they refer to the north and south sides of the city, says Melissa Roach-Zievers, a local real estate agent with RE/MAX. “Villa Capri is a north side neighborhood and is home to established, well-built houses and it’s super walkable.
