Proximity to State Road 931 a plus
Located in the southeastern part of the city near Kokomo’s retail district and largest employers, Terrace Meadows offers convenience with suburban-style comforts. “That’s a really popular area because of its location,” says Charise Goodnight, Realtor at RE/Max Realty One. “You have easy access on (State Road) 931. You're on the south side of Howard County, so you can zip down to Indy and Westfield. There’s quick access if you work at any of the plants. And it’s not far from the hospital.”

A wide variety of housing styles
Terrace Meadows offers a wider range of housing variety than many Kokomo neighborhoods. “It’s not one of those subdivisions where the builder had three plans and stamped them all out,” Goodnight says. “These are all custom-built homes.” Ranches and split-levels are the most common, particularly in parts of the neighborhood constructed between the 1950s-70s. Other parts of the neighborhood feature single-story brick condos. There are also one- and two-story contemporary custom houses over 2,000 square feet. Mid-century ranches and split levels can range from $150,000-275,000, while houses built more recently range from $250,000 to around $450,000.
