A city address with county schools
Two major factors make Vinton Woods a desirable neighborhood in southern Kokomo. One is the neighborhood’s proximity to Community Howard Regional Health hospital. The other is that although Vinton Woods features a Kokomo address and city services, it’s zoned for the outlying Western School Corporation. “Vinton Woods is in a very good school district,” says Cyndi Dieterman, agent for The Key Team. “And that makes it wanted.”
