Comfortable community on the Puget Sound
Jubilee is a 55-and-up community in north Lacey. Its northern border runs along the coast of Puget Sound’s scenic Nisqually Reach, while Lacey’s commercial center is just a mile south of the neighborhood. The community is one of the most sought-after retirement spots in the Olympia area, due largely to its modern, upscale homes and a location providing easy access to both scenic outdoor areas and extensive shopping and dining. “It’s basically exactly what it looks like: an upscale retirement community that’s close to everything,” says Realtor and lifelong Olympia resident Justin Clement of Better Homes and Gardens. “You’ve got the sound on one side, central Lacey on the other and then it's also right next to Hawks Prairie Golf Course and Tolmie State Park. It’s a great spot for active retirees because there’s just so much to do.”
