Centrally-located neighborhood with a lot going for it
Beacon Hill is a hillside neighborhood in Laguna Niguel known for its excellent views and convenient location. Plus, it's got a large variety of housing. “It's one of the more flexible neighborhoods in town, price-wise and size-wise," says local Realtor Randy Ora of the Ora Group. "Which is great because it lets people stay in the neighborhood as long as they want. They can move into a bigger place when they're starting a family, maybe move into a condo when they retire. You get a really strong sense of community in the neighborhood because people stay there a long time — they live their lives there."
