Resting against a backdrop of massive nature preserves, Kapalua is also rimmed with white sand beaches and filled with an array of attractions, resort accommodations and world-class golf. Todd Hudson, Realtor with the 808 Team of Keller Williams, says, “In Kapalua you have this amazing weather pattern where it sprinkles, but by afternoon it’s gorgeous. There’s always just this gentle wind, too, so it’s not so hot. And from some of the homes here on cliffs you get breathtaking 180-degree views. It’s really luxury at its best on the west side.”
