This Midwestern retreat has a history of attracting notable Chicagoans like the Wrigleys and Hugh Hefner. Its centerpiece is the Destination Geneva National Resort, a landmark providing a sophisticated lakefront lifestyle for residents with amenities such as swimming pools, multiple golf courses and access to major metros. "Whether you're a golfer or not, people like the serenity of living on a golf course.
