Rural community close to Lake Stevens
Lochsloy is a sprawling neighborhood of forests and open spaces between Lake Stevens to the west and Granite Falls to the east. Properties sit on large lots of land, with thick trees between properties. Despite the neighborhood’s rural nature, shopping and dining options are only a short drive away. “The price points here are lower than they are closer to Bellevue. Living just north of there, your commute is a little longer, but your ability to get a nice place is easier,” says Realtor KiamaLise Herres with Windermere Bellevue Commons, who has over 10 years of experience.

New Traditional multi-story homes, some with dark trim exteriors and attached garages, go for $750,000 to $950,000. There are also traditional farmhouses with front porches and dormer windows that share similar prices.
