The Largo Paradise Island neighborhood consists of a gated, 55-plus community called Paradise Island and two blocks of suburban tract housing in central Largo. While Paradise Island has an HOA, the single-family townhomes and duplexes outside the gates do not. “No HOA is part of it, but affordability is the main draw,” says Tom Steck, a Century 21 Realtor with nearly 20 years of experience working with clients in Pinellas County. “The gated area is entirely separate, and folks buy there for the retirement community lifestyle. But these homes outside of Paradise Island are mostly rentals. It’s an opportunity for folks to find housing till they save some money and buy a house,” he says.
Largo Paradise Island is a private community divided into sections of townhomes, duplexes, and manufactured homes.
The majority of homes in Largo Paradise Island are manufactured homes.
