Quiet suburban living in northwest Las Vegas
Set 20 miles northwest of The Strip, suburban Elkhorn Ranch is a primarily residential Las Vegas community with close access to parks, schools and shopping centers. “It’s a nice quiet area outside of the craziness of The Strip,” says Brittany Miranda, a Realtor with Life Realty District, who has over 4 years of experience. “Homeowners take care of their property, and the streets are clean.” Many of the neighborhood’s single-family homes are within walking distance of key amenities like Betsey A. Rhodes Elementary and Sunny Springs Park. “There are tons of people out and about, walking their dogs to the park,” Miranda says. “It’s definitely family-oriented.” RTC Transit buses also stop in the neighborhood, and Interstate 11 is less than a mile away.

Home prices range from $350,000 to $550,000, depending on a home’s size and additional features like private pools and multi-car garages.
