Mediterranean-style homes with leafy front lawns

However, aside from the characteristic roofing of Mediterranean housing, each house in these subdivisions was custom-built in the 1990s. Homes here measure between 2,000 and 3,500 square feet and feature at least three bedrooms, and many sell between $550,000 and $800,000. Several residences offer views of the nearby small lake, bringing values between $800,000 and $1.2 million. Most lots here measure over 8,000 square feet and often feature a pool, screened-in lanai and bright green flora. Mature trees and greenery line streets and fill most front yards, brightening the community. On the neighborhood’s west side is Pacifica Senior Living Forest Trace, a retirement community with independent and assisted living apartments.Fishing trips at Hampton Pines Park
