Pricing is a plus in Country Club Estates

Affordability is considered to be among Country Club Estates’ biggest draws. Homes here sell for between $70,000 and $200,000 based on the condition. “Ones that are priced properly tend to sell very quickly,” says Ferguson, who has more than 30 years of real estate experience. Most of the inventory was built in the mid-20th century and some of the lower-priced options are attractive to investors looking to renovate and resell. Single-story ranch-style houses are most common around the area, on compact lots that line calm residential streets. Some of the houses here serve as rental properties and just 5 miles from the 94,000-acre Fort Sill, the neighborhood is home to quite a few military families.
