Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built in the 1960s and feature vinyl exteriors and midcentury floor plans. Many have been renovated to include modern furnishings, while others could use a little TLC. Grassy lawns and single-car garages are common. And while there are no sidewalks, car traffic is light, allowing residents to enjoy a quiet evening stroll through the streets.
