Stanfield, who has been selling homes here for over 20 years, says that some options over 2,000 square feet can be found, many with well-maintained front lawns and multicar garages. Sidewalks wind throughout. Three-bedroom, two-bath homes run from $140,000 to $200,000 and spend an average of 29 days on the market, significantly lower than the national average of 44 days.
