The neighborhood is sandwiched between two popular green spaces. Greer Park runs along the western border and features tennis courts, walking paths and an expansive wooden playground. On the other end of the neighborhood, Fred Bently Park offers open green spaces to toss a frisbee or football. Baseball lovers can head to Grandview Sports Complex, which hosts numerous pickup and league games throughout the year. The Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge is a popular outdoor destination 15 miles away.
