Students can attend Mossman Elementary and Clear Falls High, which both hold A ratings from Niche, while Bayside Intermediate School gets an A-minus. All three of these schools are located on the same campus, called the Education Village, with the aim of fostering a dynamic learning experience from kindergarten through 12th grade. Clear Falls High is also ranked as the No. 3 best public high school in Galveston County on Niche.

Hometown Heroes Park is a 28-acre public park a few miles west of the neighborhood. It offers a playground, ballfields, and a community center with a pool and an indoor gym. Seven miles east in the neighboring town of Bacliff is Bayshore Park, which features a playground, baseball fields, a boat launch, and a pier for anglers to cast lines in the brackish waters of Trinity Bay, which is fed by the Gulf of Mexico. And with the shores of Galveston Island within a short drive, residents here can have impromptu beach days, stroll the historic Galveston Pier or visit one of the many museums there, and still be home in time for dinner.

Nearby League City options for a shopping run or dinner date
The nearest shopping center is at the intersection of League City Parkway and South Shore Boulevard, where locals can get groceries at Kroger or H-E-B, or grab dinner and drinks at Craft 96 Draught House + Kitchen, with a menu of sandwiches, seafood specials and 63 craft brews on tap. A couple of miles west is Bay Colony Town Center, home to Walmart, Kohl’s, JCPenney and Bass Pro Shops on either side of the Gulf Freeway.
