Westminster’s inland location provides protection from stronger storms, but Lee County still recommends that homeowners elect into the National Flood Insurance Program. “Lehigh Acres is on the rise,” says Lisa Vagner, a local Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Fort Myers. “More homebuyers are considering Lehigh Acres a safer neighborhood for hurricane season.”
