The band program is phenomenal. They do a great job of everything that they do. The band director, Mr. Teglasi, works great with the students and pushes them to do their best. The students are very talented and work their hardest and love to play music. The beginning band students work their hardest to accomplish their desires and look up to the advanced and jazz band students. Oh... and the rest of the school is great to.

My daughter has attended this school since kindergarten and is now in middle school. We love everything. From the teachers to the house system to the administration. Best school!

The Alva School has been a wonderful school for our family. My son has thrived here academically. The staff, principal, and students seem to really care and make this school feel like a home away from home.

This school is great if your white, if your anything else it’s horrible. At this school they care more about if your shorts are to short rather then students mental health. 4 times I tried to tell the staff about the racism and they did nothing but let the white kid off the hook with a warning. Only...

I love this school the teachers are so kind and there like no bullying and a safe school to learn and have fun with friends
