Many properties are situated in well-planned neighborhoods with amenities such as parks, trails and golf courses. Prices range from moderately priced townhomes to more upscale lakefront properties. Established neighborhoods like MeadowWood and Rocky Hill offer a variety of contemporary designs, while newer developments such as Legacy Ridge provide larger, luxury homes. Set between the Spokane River, Liberty Lake and multiple conservation areas, MeadowWood is a nature lover's dream. Liberty Lake Regional Park is a major attraction, offering 3,000 acres of wetlands, trails, and a large lake for swimming, fishing and boating. The park also has picnic areas and a campground, making it a popular spot for family outings and outdoor enthusiasts. Saltese Uplands Conservation Area has miles of trails popular with hikers, bikers and horseback riders. Neighborhood parks like Rocky Hill Park and Pavillion Park feature playgrounds, athletic fields and other amenities. MeadowWoodboasts three separate golf courses, including MeadowWood Golf Course. This 18-hole, links-style championship course features mountain views and well-maintained greens.

I-90 access to Spokane and CDA
MeadowWood is nearly equal distance from Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, both of which can most easily be reached by Interstate 95. It’s a 16-mile drive to downtown Spokane and a 17-mile drive to CDA, while Post Falls and Spokane Valley are 9 and 8 miles away, respectively. There is bus service from central Liberty Lake to Spokane Valley and downtown Spokane, but most MeadowWood residents rely on private transportation.
