Midtown is a popular spot for hospital workers
As its name suggests, Midtown Little Rock is in the midst of everything. Residents here value being minutes from downtown, shopping malls, parks, and three hospitals that serve as major employers. “A lot of people that live over there work at the hospitals. People don’t want to live far away from where they work,” says Erin Dreher, a Realtor with Mid South Realty, who’s a longtime area resident. “It’s a nice part of town. A lot of the homes are older, but they’ve all been renovated. It’s very centrally located. There are a lot of shops and restaurants and you’re right near the interstate, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly.”
