Away from the bustle of downtown Little Rock, the North Little Rock suburb of Oak Grove is full of open roads and oak trees. It is a quiet neighborhood, and what it lacks in amenities it makes up for in space. “Acreage is great here,” says Alicia Averitt-Haley, executive broker for PorchLight Realty. “Even if it’s on the smaller side, it's still bigger than other places this close to the city.” Highway 365, which runs through the neighborhood, takes residents into North Little Rock’s Park Hill Historic District, and the nearby city of Maumelle has restaurants and shops to explore.
