A Little Rock neighborhood between nature and commerce
Sitting in the shadow of Pinnacle Mountain, the Valley Ranch neighborhood of Little Rock has not yet reached its peak. As Little Rock expands its development west, the community continues to grow, adding not just amenities but opportunities for homeowners. “It’s about the only place in Little Rock where new homes are being built,” says Scott Hurley, an owner/broker at Arkansas Land and Realty who also lauded the neighborhood’s variety of shops and restaurants. As modern as the living in the neighborhood may be, it is also close to several green spaces, keeping both outdoor lovers and homebodies happy.
