Suburban neighborhood near downtown Longmont
Clark Centennial is a bustling and recreationally active neighborhood less than 2 miles from downtown Longmont with multiple housing styles lining its residential streets. “It’s right off of Longmont’s most popular area, so you can be within walking distance of Main Street while still living outside of it,” says Caitlyn Heisel, broker and owner of Adventure Realty. “You’re just far enough away where people aren’t parking in front of your house or anything.” The suburban landscape is interrupted by sprawling neighborhood parks that bring multiple sports facilities and recreational opportunities to the community.

Lined with unique single-family homes
Cul-de-sacs branch out from many of Clark Centennial’s winding neighborhood streets. While there is a variety of housing styles in the neighborhood, most properties come with grassy lawns, attached garages and driveways. Brick ranch-style homes built in the 1970s are popular, alongside new traditional single-story homes with brightly colored exteriors. These properties range from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet and can cost $375,000 to $575,000. Split-level homes aren’t as common but go for similar prices. “The area has seen quite a bit of improvement,” Heisel says. “You’re going to see smaller square footage and less bathroom-to-bedroom count, but people are taking older homes and doing remodels to adjust.”
Contemporary homes with Craftsman features are also found throughout the neighborhood, sporting multiple front gables and pointed roofs. These homes are larger, ranging from 1,500 to 2,800 square feet, and can cost $525,000 to $700,000. A handful of duplexes and townhouses line the neighborhood’s outskirts near Main Street. “Compared to some other areas in and around Longmont, Clark Centennial can offer relatively affordable housing options, which attracts first-time homebuyers and those looking for value in a desirable location,” says Realtor Eric Farran, owner of Real Broker LLC who has over two decades of experience.
