Centralized suburban neighborhood in Longmont
Loomiller is a residential neighborhood located 2 miles from downtown Longmont. Most of the neighborhood’s dense streets are lined with single-family homes, lending to a peaceful suburban lifestyle. Along with the small businesses along Main Street, the neighborhood is also close to both the UCHealth Longmont Clinic and Longmont United Hospital. “West Longmont is very sought-after because of the views of Longs Peak, the ability to get to Boulder easier and then proximity to Downtown,” says Realtor Teresa Lomax with Equity Colorado Real Estate. “The hospital is also an important factor for the cost of living.”
