Stonebridge Farms has quiet streets and an active outdoor lifestyle
Lush trees and vintage-looking lampposts give way to Stonebridge Farms, a planned neighborhood where kids bike along quiet cul-de-sacs and residents enjoy the outdoors. "When it's nice out, everyone is walking or out doing something," says Alexandra Woellert, Realtor with Keller Williams Pinnacle Group with sales in the area. People explore nearby parks throughout spring and summer, then watch the community's mature trees turn brilliant shades of orange and red in the fall. This active lifestyle invites neighbors to connect. "It's got a community feel, and it's a pretty mixed bag of ages," says Realtor Douglas Manzler with Keller Williams Advisors, who's sold in the area before. "It's got residents that have been there for a long time, but you've also got newer families that have just moved in." Community members also enjoy quick access to a large retail center and a major highway within the neighborhood. While Stonebridge Farms is technically part of the Symmes Township, locals often head into the bordering city of Loveland to work, shop and attend seasonal events.
The neighborhood has diverse parks, trails and a castle on site
In the heart of the community, Meade Historic Preserve's walking trail winds past towering oaks and a sunflower patch blooming in late summer. Home of the Brave Park is one street away, featuring five multi-use fields frequented by soccer and baseball players. The park is also home to a playground and summer splash pad. Nearby, Symmes Township Park spans over 60 acres. It has both paved and dirt trails, as well as an aptly named Bark Park for dogs to run around between April and November. Several other parks are inside and around the neighborhood, and the Little Miami River passes by homes on the east. The Little Miami Scenic Trail guides hikers and cyclists along the river. "It goes through several little towns, and there are several places to pull off and enjoy the scenery," Woellert says. Loveland Castle Museum is also next to the river. People visiting this 1920s-era castle explore an extensive sword collection and a replica dungeon while chatting with real Knights of the Golden Trail.

Cul-de-sacs have single-family homes and condos with varying HOA fees
Tall trees, spacious yards and sidewalks line the community's cul-de-sacs. Most homes have similar architecture, ranging from brick ranch styles to new traditional houses on half-acre lots. Some diverge from the mold, sporting Colonial-inspired and custom designs. Many homes date back to the 1990s, but newer contemporary homes have also joined the landscape. A Design Review Committee ensures all new construction and renovation projects protect the neighborhood's architectural integrity and natural environment. Single-family homes usually cost between $450,000 and $800,000, and some homeowners pay between $15 and $65 in monthly HOA fees. Condos in the community cost less overall — between $190,000 and $315,000 — but HOA fees can be as much as $450 per month.

Three major highways connect residents to downtown Cincinnati
While a few Cincinnati Metro bus stops are along Highway 22, most people drive to get around. Highway 22 is the community's busiest thoroughfare, and people aren't far from Interstate 71, which connects to Interstate 275. Residents use all three highways to reach employers in downtown Cincinnati, roughly 20 miles away. Many people also work in Loveland. "Especially the west side of Loveland, there are a lot of businesses and manufacturing companies," Manzler says. Bethesda North Hospital, a major local employer, is about 5 miles away. For flights, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is less than 35 miles away.
