Access to highway loop and shopping in Remington Park
Remington Park, 9 miles from downtown Lubbock, is favored for its convenience and quiet atmosphere. “It’s an infill neighborhood,” says Clay Enger, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Trusted Advisors, who has worked in the industry for 33 years. “It’s a newer little portion in an older area. It’s generally pretty quiet with little traffic and great proximity to South Plains Mall.” The area is mainly single-family homes bordered by the Texas State Highway Loop 289, which forms a beltway around Lubbock, providing easy access to the rest of the city. “You are not limited by geography in Lubbock,” says Enger. “It’s a very easily drivable community. People go all across town for events.
