Local Realtor Tarvis Grant says Southgate’s location on the city’s outskirts leads to a slower pace of living. “It’s a quiet neighborhood and it’s reasonably priced,” says Grant, Broker for TGA Realty and Property Management, who’s been selling homes in the area for over 20 years.
