Waterside living in north Maplewood's Kohlman Lake
Set on the shores of its namesake in suburban north Maplewood, the Kohlman Lake neighborhood offers a laid-back, waterside lifestyle without sacrificing easy access to urban amenities. The community fronts U.S. Route 61, known locally as Maplewood Drive, which connects residents to a plethora of shopping and dining in the nearby Maplewood Mall and White Bear Lake areas. “White Bear Lake tends to be a little higher end, with higher property values, so this is a nice compromise between price and location,” says Homes Plus Realty’s Ron Knutsen, who has over 30 years of local real estate experience.
