Suburban perks and many a pine tree in Marysville
Pinewood, in Marysville, is 8 miles north of the city of Everett and 38 miles from downtown Seattle. "People move to the area for suburban perks, like the retail and lower cost of living," says Ashley Bolden, a Realtor with Keller Williams Everett, named a KW gold medalist in 2023. Pine trees and other tall evergreens are a constant sight along the streets, many of which have sidewalks and some of which have bike lanes. Suburban touches like white picket fences, manicured hedges and flowering trees set properties apart.
