Quail Hollow residents live among fairways and highways
Among the lush woods and winding creeks of Concord Township, the Quail Hollow neighborhood is nearly synonymous with Quail Hollow Country Club. Residential streets twist and turn among the club's fairways, and clusters of homes fill the spaces between them. "It is not required for residents to become members of the club, but there is a lot of community interaction within the club," says Todd Crockett, Realtor at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, who's sold homes in the area several times. "Many people have social memberships even if they're not that into golf." Locals make connections on and off the greens, and the intersection of two major highways nearby keeps people connected to everything else, from commercial hubs to larger cities. The neighborhood has a CAP Index Crime Score of 1 out of 10, significantly lower than the national score of 4.

Locals can hit the green or explore the woods any day
Quail Hollow Country Club is the community's heart — socially and geographically. The private luxury club has been around since the 1970s, offering a clubhouse, upscale restaurant and two golf courses. The first course has a traditional undulating fairway, while the newer course was designed to have a more challenging landscape. Clubhouse amenities include bocce ball courts and an outdoor swimming pool. "The pool attracts a lot of families in the summertime, so the club hosts family friendly activities at the club and events throughout the year," Crockett says. Outside the neighborhood, Jordan Creek Park features wooded trails, challenge courses and zip lines. The park connects to Lake Metroparks Greenway Corridor and Chair Factory Falls, a scenic waterfall atop a steep incline. On the other side of Interstate 90, Concord Woods Nature Park has 31 acres of multi-use trails, picnic areas and fishing ponds. Off Route 44, complexes like ConcordSportsPlex and Field 44 offer indoor batting cages, pickleball courts and turf baseball fields.

A new condo community joins Quail Hollow's single-family subdivisions
The community has an even mix of single-family houses and condominiums. Several subdivisions contain contemporary and new traditional homes, as well as grandiose custom homes with brick architecture, bay windows and archways. Prices typically range between $250,000 and $525,000. "There's also new construction backing into the golf course that's still in progress, but I just helped a buyer purchase a property," Crockett says. The Ivy Ridge Subdivision is just outside the neighborhood's boundaries, adding over 120 new condos to the landscape. Move-in-ready homes and buildable plans cost between $400,000 and $600,000. Each initial purchase includes a one-year social membership to the country club.

A major state route and interstate keep people connected
The neighborhood is at the intersection of State Route 44 and Interstate 90. Route 44 offers quick access to employment opportunities in Chardon, and I-90 connects to downtown Cleveland within 30 miles. Traffic and noise on the roads increase around rush hours since residents rely on cars to get around. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is 42 miles away, and University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center is on the other side of Route 44.
Small businesses and local restaurants are in the neighborhood
The community has several restaurants and stores along State Route 44, from national chains to locally owned eateries. Sunny Street Cafe's bright yellow awning invites locals in for breakfast and lunch, while Burgers 2 Beer Concord is a favorite for happy hour. At Redhawk Grille, people enjoy upscale American fare and bocce ball on an expansive outdoor patio. A small waterfall pours into a koi pond beside tables, creating a relaxing ambiance, and outdoor fireplaces keep diners warm as evenings cool. Lucky's Market Concord is the closest grocery and liquor store.

Riverside schools serve Quail Hollow
Students living in Quail Hollow attend schools in the Riverside Local School District. The neighborhood is zoned for Parkside Elementary School, which has a B-plus Niche score. Both Lamuth Middle School and Riverside High School, also known as Riverside Campus, have B scores. In the 2026 school year, Riverside High will join the Greater Cleveland Conference, offering more opportunities for student-athletes to compete against high-performing schools.
