Most of the homes in the neighborhood were built between 1990 and 2000, with a median year of 1997. Although, ValleyBrooke is a subdivision in the southern section of Park at Creek Crossing that is currently being built. “There are several builders and several new amenities,” says Sara Hudler, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors. “It’s a great starter area.” ValleyBrooke is a part of a homeowners association; the rest of the neighborhood does not. For the majority of the community, housing prices can range between $290,000 and $360,000. Homes in the ValleyBrooke subdivision have a larger range, but since they are currently being built, the prices may change.Walking distance to Sam Rutherford Elementary
