Along West Flagler Street, a range of strip malls and shopping complexes dot the landscape, including Flager Park Plaza. “A lot of first-time homebuyers want easy access to shopping, and West Flagler Street supports that,” Balarin says. The plaza features retailers such as Publix Super Market for organic produce, PetSmart, and fitness studios like YouFit Gyms.
