Rainbow Park, a relatively affordable suburb
Rainbow Park draws homebuyers with its proximity to Miami Beach and professional entertainment options. “The accessibility is a big deal to people,” says Realtor Vanessa Cassis, who sells homes in the neighborhood with Keller Williams Elite Properties. “The area is within 20 minutes of Miami International Airport and the Dolphins Stadium.” Many houses are attainable for first-time homebuyers. “The cost in Rainbow Park is usually lower than neighborhoods closer to the downtown,” says Realtor Montrial Thomas, who sells homes in the neighborhood with Beachfront Realty. “Houses usually need to be rehauled.”
