Three Lakes

Spanish Revival homes bring a coastal atmosphere
Living in Three Lakes often feels coastal, with pastel Spanish Revival single-family homes and townhouses on lawns dotted with palm trees. “Three Lakes attracts professionals from across the Miami area,” Ortega says. “They want a suburban lifestyle and are sold on the green lawns, well-maintained sidewalks and beautiful lake vistas.” In addition to lake access, many of the homeowners associations and gated communities have communal amenities, like pools and clubhouses. Single-family homes range between $550,000 and $900,000, with homes along the water and those with larger lots listing higher. Condos and townhomes price closer to $450,000. Homeowners association fees help cover the costs of community maintenance and gate security.
