Renaissance is a master-planned new home community in Warren County. Set just minutes from Interstate 75, residents here have a less than 40-mile commute to both Cincinnati and Dayton. "Most properties here offer two-car garages and range from 1,700 to nearly 4,000 square feet," says Carol Grubb with Liberty Twp. "People like it because of the space, shared amenities like the swimming pools, clubhouse, cabana, basketball court and how clean the community is." Outside of the community, residents can head to Armco Park for fishing, golf, tennis, playgrounds, and local events, along with nearby shopping at the Towne Mall Galleria. Most folks might work for Atrium Medical Center or one of the large employers in Cincinatti like the Children's Hospital Medical Center, Procter & Gamble or GE Aerospace.

Spacious new builds with Craftsman touches

Newly built single-family homes define Renaissance. As a master-planned community, homes follow the same clean Craftsman-inspired details in both ranch-style and two-story new traditional layouts. Homes here typically offer between 1,700 and 3,800 square feet, with most built after 2018 and designed for open layouts. There are 11 different floor plans here; the smallest and lowest priced is the Amelia layout, and the largest at the highest price point is the Beckett. Prices start around $423,000 and top out near $800,000, often depending on square footage, custom upgrades and lot placements. Brick exteriors, attached garages, and well-kept lawns add curb appeal, and many homes back onto green spaces or cul-de-sacs for privacy.

Public schools with academic support options

Students have the option to attend Creekview Elementary, Highview 6th Grade Center and Middletown Middle School, all earning C to C-minus marks from Niche. Franklin High earns a C-plus grade and stands out for its High Ability Program, which offers enrichment and acceleration for students who need an extra challenge. The district also operates a Central Alternative Program, designed for high schoolers who benefit from personalized, non-traditional learning pathways.

Green space and family-friendly amenities

The 311-acre Armco Park brings summer concerts, fishing on the 110-acre lake and frisbee games on the sprawling greens. For groceries, Kroger and Meijer are located just west of Renaissance. When it’s time for a bite out, locals head to nearby Cancun Mexican Bar and Grill for margaritas and tacos, or check out other fast-casual chains along Towne Boulevard like Buffalo Wild Wings and Cracker Barrel.

Fast access to I-75, health care and city commutes

Dayton and Cincinnati are both accessible via I-75, with Cincinnati about 40 miles south (50 minutes) and Dayton 25 miles north. The CincyLink Express Bus provides service to Cincinnati from Middletown, and both cities' airports are available, though Cincinnati's offers more direct flights. Middletown Transit Services runs four local routes, including the Red Line to Atrium Medical Center.
