Green Hill Terrace gives residents space to breathe
Located 8 miles northwest of downtown Midland, Green Hill Terrace is a quiet neighborhood. A bit removed from commercial areas, the community is entirely residential, offering folks room to spread out and a Lone Star lifestyle, with space to raise livestock and a dedicated high school football program. “Many of the lots are much bigger than surrounding areas,” says Realtor Daina Perkins with eXp Realty, who was born and raised in Midland. “They’re country properties that give people the best of both worlds – you’re right outside the city, and people have animals in their own backyards.” Although Green Hill Terrace offers a sense of rural seclusion, it’s near major roadways that lead to downtown Midland, the Midland Park Mall and schools. “You have a country feel, yet you are literally 3 minutes from Loop 250 and shopping and restaurants,” Perkins says.
